What does DJ do at B&L? Some say she talks a lot, but she says she has to since she is the trainer of the different software modules.
DJ's expertise lies in the production side, however, she is also proficient in the accounting areas. DJ has also put together the training documents so that the
trainees have something to follow along with during the training. Her experience is unique in that she has used most of the B&L software modules
in her previous employment. DJ has worked as a Software Implementer (BLIS-400) and EDI Coordinator for a Die Caster. She also worked in a foundry as the Master Scheduler, which
included the customer service area, and product and core inventory.
DJ enjoys spending time with her family, bowling, being a Girl Scout leader and too many other things to list.
Jay's primary responsibility is the management of Odyssey implementation projects. Jay, along with Tara McKibben,
handles client data conversion and customer data related projects. Jay currently is leading our SaaS (Software as a Service)

large consumer products company. His experience working with and deploying applications like SAP, Kronos WorkForce, and

clients in the implementation of the foundry industries leading ERP application, Odyssey.
Jay was raised in Southwest Michigan, attended nearby Lakeshore High School, and has a Bachelors degree from Michigan State University.
Kris is responsible for helping clients implement Odyssey, from sending the software through go-live.
