STAFF UPDATE AT B&L INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Lori Hnanicek Joins Professional Services

Bridgman, MI, September 9, 2014 - To better meet the needs of B&L Information Systems increased rate of ERP installation and client training, B&L is pleased to announce the immediate transition of Lori Hnanicek to Project Consultant in the Professional Services Department. In her new role, she will provide training and support to both new and existing clients.

Lori holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cornerstone University and began her career in accounting. She has held accounting positions at an advertising agency, a credit union, and a manufacturing facility. While at the credit union, Lori moved to customer support in their phone center, a position which included training staff. This customer service background was a natural tie-in to B&L's customer support, where Lori was a mainstay of the Client Services Support team for 8 years, most recently as Senior Software Representative, a role where she was responsible for training all B&L Support Desk new hires.

"We are delighted to have Lori join the Professional Services Department," states Kristine Craft, Manager - Professional Services. "Lori is familiar to many current customers from both the Support Desk and her training role at Spectrum.  Adding her finance and support expertise to our department will help us continue B&L's legacy of providing exceptional service and training to clients as our installation rate increases."
