Help Desk

The B&L Help Desk was designed and the personnel trained with you in mind. The Help Desk team answers your questions, provides assistance in the use of our software, investigates the root cause of any problems encountered, and works with you to resolve and correct any problems.  All client issues are tracked using an advanced help management system, and if problems are determined to be software related, they are forwarded to our in-house development team.
