Our Professional Services team is available to help you with data conversions, report creation, screen configuration, or creating an Intelligent View. We work closely with you to ensure you receive what you need from your B&L software solution. 

Data Conversion

Every system conversion involves bridging the old system to the new no matter what the old system is. Part of the implementation process includes discussing, mapping, then converting you data into your B&L solution. This step proves invaluable in making a timely and successful transition. 
  
Over the years we have tackled some very challenging conversions, including one conversion that was on a system developed in the late 1960s! Even then, the data was captured and converted.
Report Creation
Utilizing a highly flexible report writer with an easy to understand database and Intelligent Views, most metalcasters drastically reduce the number of reports they rely on.  Our flexible report creation program offers end-user training on report creation, or we can create reports for you.
