Project Management

Implementing an enterprise-wide system is a challenging project for any company. Implementations affect nearly every department, and with that comes a good deal of change for the better of course, but change none-the-less. This is where your B&L client support team steps in. Our staff of energetic and experienced consultants stands ready to meet your implementation objectives.

You are assigned an Implementation Manager who will be your primary contact throughout the implementation. Other B&L experts may be utilized to ensure your organization receives the best possible guidance, advice, and training during the start-up phase of the implementation. 

Your Implementation Manager will coordinate the following services:
  • Implementation project planning
  • Database transfer from old system
  • End-user training
  • Key report transformation
  • Business process re-engineering
  • Go-Live support
Your implementation plan is updated weekly and is reviewed by the B&L management team. Our goal for your implementation review is to ensure we are meeting your success criteria. You can monitor your organization’s project within B&L Community’s Project Management.
