A major reason people are resistant to change is they don't understand what the new
"thing" is. Put another way, ignorance breeds fear and fear causes negative
attitudes and push-back. Frequently, when introducing the software to people we
hear, "…we can't do it that way." When asked why, the response is "…we've always
done it this way." Even if the new method is faster and easier, there is resistance
simply because it is different.
Education opens the mind, breaks down barriers and is a catalyst for new thinking.
The best way to combat negative thinking and change resistance is to adequately
educate your end users on the new software.
B&L offers several methods of training your end users, including:
|

This allows the student to become
totally immersed in the software, away from ringing phones, constant
emails and other distractions. Instructors are experienced in
implementing software in the foundry, die cast and plastic molding
industries.
