CLASS TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Class Times:

8:30 am-4:00 pm Eastern time (if in-person)

10:30 am to 4:30 pm Eastern Time (if virtual)

Included: Class materials (coffee breaks, soft drinks, and lunch only incldued when classes are in-person)

Accommodations: Reservations are the responsibility of the registrant.

Cancellation Policy: B&L reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes without previous written notice and shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from such action. Should B&L find it necessary to cancel a class, you will be notified by email, and class fees will be credited to your account, or may be applied to a future class. Should a registrant find it necessary to cancel, up to one month prior to class date a 50% refund will be applied in the same method of payment. Or, providing cancellation is made at least 4 weeks prior to the class, fees can be applied to a future class. There is no fee for a substitute to attend, if B&L is notifed within 2 days of the class. No refund will be given if canceled less than 4 weeks in advance of the class.

EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Accommodations: Reservations are the responsibility of the registrant.

Included: Light breakfast, morning sessions, lunch, entry into the KitchenAid Senior PGA tournament/Champions Club and evening dinner.

Cancellation Policy: B&L reserves the right to cancel or reschedule conference without previous written notice and shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from such action. Should B&L find it necessary to cancel conference, you will be notified by email, and fees will be credited to your account, or may be applied to a future event. Should a registrant find it necessary to cancel, up to one month prior to conference date a 50% refund will be applied in the same method of payment. Or, providing cancellation is made at least 4 weeks prior to the class, fees can be applied to a future event. There is no fee for a substitute to attend, if B&L is notifed within 2 days of the conference. No refund will be given if canceled less than 4 weeks in advance of the conference.

Conference Photo Policy: Registrants of B&L events agree to allow B&L and its official photographer to photograph them in the context of the conference. Footage captured by the official B&L photographer may be used in future print and electronic promotional and archival materials.

SPECTRUM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Accommodations: Reservations are the responsibility of the registrant.

Cancellation Policy: B&L reserves the right to cancel or reschedule Spectrum without previous written notice and shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from such action. Should B&L find it necessary to cancel Spectrum, you will be notified by email, and fees will be refunded to original method of payment, or may be applied to a future Spectrum. Should a registrant be unable to attend Spectrum, their registration fee may be transferred to another person within the same company. If cancellation of the registration is necessary, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded to original method of payment if canceled 31 days or more prior to Spectrum. No refund will be given if the cancellation is within 30 days prior to the start date of Spectrum. All refunds will be refunded to original method of payment.
