AMERICAN METALCASTERS CHOOSE oDYSSEY ERP

B&L Information Systems Signs New Customers

 

Bridgman, Michigan, January 19, 2021 – B&L Information Systems, global leader in ERP software for metalcasters, is proud to announce six additions to the Odyssey ERP family of customers in Q4 2020.

In Q4 2020, five new customers signed with Odyssey.

  • Wabi Iron & Steel Corporation of New Liskeard, Ontario. Wabi Iron & Steel Corp. was founded in 1907 and has become a well-respected producer of loading and conveyance systems for underground mining.  Wabi is also a leading manufacturer of general and abrasion-resistant castings to satisfy industrial and OEM requirements
  • Reliable Castings Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio. Reliable Castings Corporation has been a supplier of quality aluminum castings since 1922. By combining traditional foundry methods with advanced manufacturing technology, Reliable is large enough to service high-volume orders for the automotive industry, while also responsive enough to provide personalized support to smaller customers.
  • A&B Aluminum & Brass Foundry of Dallas, Texas. Since 1965, A&B has directed our efforts to sustain compliance to high-industry standards and quality service, establishing a reputation of reliability and trust in the Southwest region of the U.S.  A&B’s aluminum and brass metal casting capabilities have created swimming pool skimmers, memorial plaques and water spouts as a few highlights.
  • Steeltech, of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Steeltech has been a world-class provider of superior heat and corrosion-resistant products for international and domestic markets since 1929. The use of heat and corrosion resistant products is necessary in many industries, Including Heat Treat, Aerospace, Steel Mill and Cement and Lime.
  • Aarkel Tool & Engineering of Wallaceburg, ON. Founded in 1977 under the name Aar-Kel Moulds Ltd, Aarkel has been building robust tools and strong customer relationships ever since.

 

During the Q4 2020 timeframe, another B&L customer also committed to an Odyssey conversion.

 

  • Grede Holdings LLC of Southfield, Michigan. Grede is an independent company owned by Gamut Capital Management, that designs, engineers, validates and manufactures high-quality ductile, gray and specialty iron castings for automotive, commercial and industrial markets. Grede has committed to convert from legacy B&L ERP software BLIS, to the more technologically advanced Odyssey ERP in the B&L Cloud.
