Bridgman, Michigan, May 10, 2017 - B&L Information Systems has been awarded their third customer service focused Stevieï¿½ Award, this time in the Technology category for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year - Less than 100 Employees. For 2017, B&L's Customer Support Desk's service focus on 'Getting customers back on track, fast', including creation of video help documentation, resulted in a Bronze Stevie Award. B&L had previously won a Bronze Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year - Computer Software - Up to 100 Employees in 2016; and, in 2015, B&L won a Silver Stevie Award for Contact Center of the Year (up to 100 seats) - Technology Industry.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world's annual top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes several of the world's leading business awards programs including the prestigious American Business AwardsSM and International Business AwardsSM.
Entry does not guarantee an award. To be considered for a Stevie, the B&L nomination had to succeed in two rounds of independent judging. More than 75 members of several specialized judging committees determined the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists during final judging in February of 2017. Finalists had been previously determined by another 77 judges during the initial judging round in January.
