What started as a passion for problem-solving turned into a new position at B&L: Customer Account Manager. Walton took ownership of his learning early on, building deep knowledge of the Odyssey platform and growing trusted relationships with customers.

 

What he’s proud of now:

Now, he’s the connection point between customers and internal teams, listening to feedback, advocating for improvements, and making it easier for users to get the most out of Odyssey.

“Sometimes a customer is doing something a manual way, not realizing Odyssey has an automated feature for it. I love showing them a better way.”

 

A surprising fun fact:

Walton grew up a few houses down from Muhammad Ali and even babysat his son.

“He was kind, humble, and always giving. That stuck with me.”
