Reflections on 2025 and B&L’s 50th Year Ahead

As we begin 2026, I want to reflect on the past year and share why the year ahead is especially meaningful for B&L.
In 2025, we continued to focus on what matters most to our customers: reliable systems, practical improvements, and technology that supports day-to-day operations. Those priorities guided our product investments and our work across the organization.
Two of the key milestones of this year were the Odyssey enhancement releases. These releases marked important steps in the ongoing modernization of the platform. From the modern user interface to expanded security tools and Single Sign-On, these enhancements, voiced by customers, were designed to make Odyssey ERP easier to use today and lay the groundwork for the future.
When I look back at 2025, I am especially grateful for our annual user conference, Spectrum. While B&L has hosted many Spectrum events over the years, this was my first time attending. I was truly impressed by the depth of expertise within the Odyssey ERP community and the strong energy around shared learning, collaboration, and networking.
Looking ahead, 2026 marks 50 years of B&L supporting the metalcasting industry. That milestone reflects decades of focus in a single industry, long-term customer relationships, and continued investment in the expansion of our ERP solutions. It’s a reminder of the trust our customers place in us and a commitment we take seriously.
For 50 years, our role has been to support metalcasters with dependable technology and a long-term partnership mindset. That focus will continue to guide everything we do in the year ahead.
